We ship va post office : registered letter (french name is : "lettre recommandée") & registered box (french name is "colissimo recommandé"). We need a complete address for insurance purpose (NO P.O. BOX) : Name, Firstnae, complete address, phone number.

Packing and shipping delay – In mos cases, orders are packed and shipped n 2 days after payment is received. It depends of the accumulation of packages to send out. Delay may vary. After shipping by us, Post Office delivery may take 7-10 days to rance and 15 days to other european countris and up to 30-40 days to other countries. This is approximate delay since french post office does not announce fixed delays for international delivery.

Pre-order : Some items are proposed in pre-oder status. It can takes 7-10 working days before shipping effectively to you.

Backorders – Our inventory may differ from what ou see online. We ship what we really have in stock and we refund the overdue or we add the value on your bestofbijoux account as you prefer.
